Get ready for an exciting and eclectic mix of shopping and music at The Beachland’s Spring Flea Market on Sunday, April 19th, 2025. The event will feature 20+ vendors selling amazing artwork, classic vinyl records, cool vintage items, and more! If you’re looking for some serious vintage finds, our vintage and record shop This Way Out will be open. Plus, enjoy delicious house-made eats from our kitchen and specialty drinks served in the Tavern.

Vendor Fee:
$65 Inside Space
Indoor space: 7x8
Table Rental Available at $15 (all table requests must be made 2 weeks prior to market)
Information:
1. Vendors who are accepted to the market must confirm their spot (by replying to the acceptance email) and pay their vendor fee 48 HOURS after replying to the acceptance email to prevent losing their spot in the market. No space is considered "Reserved" until payment is received and approved. Space availability is limited. Market day walk-ins are not allowed.
2. No refunds for advance payments will be issued. Refund requests will be handled on a case by case basis.
3. Vendors must notify the Beachland by phone (216-383-1124) or email (laurel@beachlandballroom.com) of a no-show by 6:00 PM the Wednesday before market. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation or suspension of the vendor contract and a $50 cancellation fee. If you are not coming for your scheduled day because of other emergencies, notify the Beachland by 6:00 am on Saturday.
4. Vendor variation: to ensure a diverse market, Beachland Ballroom reserves the right to accept vendors according to the demand for their product, number of vendors selling the same product and number of spaces available.
5. This event is rain or shine (or snow!) and non-refundable.
6. This application does not guarantee your spot at the flea market. You will receive an email saying you have been approved and then will have to pay for your spot. Payments are accepted over the phone (216) 383-1124 or in person at Beachland Ballroom - 15711 Waterloo Rd Cleveland, OH 44110
7. All payment must be received 48 HOURS after confirmation of vending to prevent losing your spot in the market.
